Who we are

With the Ayurvedic practice, Pascal Tribouillier and Gil Grillo, share a common passion.

Pascal Tribouillier

Pascal Tribouillier is a hair coloring professional who has been practicing his passion since the 1980s between Milan and Paris.
Dedicating himself to this work with great Italian and French hairdressers as well as in high-end hair salons (Charlie en Particulier, Atelier de Donato, Marianne Gray, Jean-Louis David, Dessange, Patrick Augustin, ...), he develops a precise and meticulous work.
He refines his technique and deepens his search for hair colors by evolving in the fields of fashion (on the catwalk of G. Versace, and for the model agencies Next and Metropolitan, ...), entertainment, television and cinema, where he approaches a demanding clientele, which has become loyal.
Traveling frequently in India, Pascal Tribouillier is interested in Ayurvedic traditions for hair care.
After many years of working on European hair, he decides to explore this Indian knowledge, testing mixtures of oils and plants that complement his work as a colorist. He thus began a personal research in order to develop a line of natural care products intended to restore vigor, shine and brilliance to the hair, and more broadly, to be distributed in salons specialized in hairdressing or wellness.

Gil Grillo

After his studies in biology, Gil Grilo decided to pursue an artistic career and followed the training program offered by the National Center for Contemporary Dance in Angers.
Dancer for various companies (Nadine Hernu, William Petit, Odile Duboc, ...), he then trained in French Sign Language and participated in various artistic projects close to the "Visual Theater".
Rich in connections with the world of live art, he initiated the creation of the association "mov'in - mouvements créatifs", and conceived event projects, linking the contemporary art scene with corporate communication services.
Joining forces with partners from the French luxury industry, he is brought into contact with demanding sectors and ambitious projects that lead him to discover different Asian countries.
Joined by Pascal Tribouillier during one of them, they decide, to celebrate the year 2000, to go and discover India, during a first common tourist trip. Very quickly, this fascinating country called them again and again.
Following closely Pascal's research, Gil naturally included his knowledge of biology in this discovery of ancestral Indian know-how in the field of "natural" hair care.
Thereafter, his skills led him to take over the management of the company Color_of_India, which would carry the Daynà project from 2005.
